<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high waterproof property of a grommet by injecting filling material, by means of an injector having needles in a hollow range formed on the inner peripheral side of a linear body holding part when any line body such as wire-harness, etc., is held and fixed. SOLUTION: The injection needle 10a of a filling agent injection machine 10 is inserted until the needle reaches a hollow part 7 via an injection projection 6 provided in a specific position on the external surface of a wire-harness holding part 2 and a filling agent 11 is injected. Owing to this injection, an inner peripheral thin film 5 formed of a substance having an elongation/contraction rate higher than that of the holding part 2 makes its expansion deformation in the inner peripheral direction. When injection of filling agent 11 is expedited, the thin film 5 touches the outer surface of the wire-harness 20b and almost the entire range of the thin film 5 makes uniform tight contact with the outer peripheral surface of the wire-harness 20b. Furthermore, a range extending from the tip end part 5a and projection 6 of the holding part 2 external periphery to the external peripheral surface of the wire-harness 20b is wound and fixed by a bonding tape 31 so as to have the wire-harness 20b held and fixed to the grommet.</p> |
