PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pseudo-twist pair flat flexible cable capable of reducing both crosstalk noises and SKEW (transmission delay difference). SOLUTION: A flexible cable 1 has a plurality of conductive pattern 3 provided on the front and back 2a, 2b of a flexible-sheet base 2, and the conductive patterns 3 forming a pair across the flexible sheet base 2 are in a symmetrical meandering pattern to constitute a pseudo-twist pair at each pair. The meandering pitch of the conductive patterns 3 of each pair are random, with the result that the lengths of the conductive patterns 3 inside the flexible sheet base 2 are made almost uniform.
