PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting circuit device without having discharge starting delay in which a low pressure discharge lamp can be stably lighted, and a light emitting device using this lighting circuit device by improving an error detection circuit. SOLUTION: In a device in which a low pressure discharge lamp L is connected to an output end of a lighting circuit comprising a DC power source 11, a voltage stabilizer circuit 12, a power source voltage abnormality detection circuit 13, an on/off control circuit 14, a voltage-pulse width converting circuit 15, an FET drive circuit 16, an error detection circuit 17, a pulse transformer 18, a smoothing circuit 19, and a load abnormality detection circuit 20, a voltage detection part of the error detection circuit 17 detects a reference voltage of a constant current element connected to be parallel to one electrode A1, A2 of the lamp L and an error voltage generated in a detection resistance to be fed back to supply a constant current to the lamp L to provide a lighting circuit device C for the low pressure discharge lamp L and a light emitting device having this lighting circuit device C. |
