SUBSTANCE: given plant for fatigue testing has inertial vibrators for loading of tested article with extension- compression efforts along several axes and inertial vibrator mounted on article to create lateral vibrations in article. Resilient ring members are mounted in pairs in symmetry on circular bearing frame. Grippers of tested article are connected to them with the help of tie-rods. Vibrators are installed in pairs along each loading axis outside ring members. EFFECT: approximation of testing conditions to real conditions of loading of sheet and rod structures. 7 dwge
