FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: this unit allows for improving structure of fibrous material and reducing its fouling. Located in unit at outlet from its funnel is pair of rolls. One of rolls is made in the form of perforated shell which is installed for possible free rotation relative to stationary hollow cylinder having slot along generating line which is directed towards outlet from funnel. Stationary hollow cylinder is located inside shell and connected to pneumatic withdrawal mechanism. Arranged on working surface of funnel along spiral line are shoulders with edge. Height of shoulders is made increasing from zero in direction from inlet to outlet of funnel. Distance from vertical plane of funnel inlet edge to vertical plane passing through points of beginning of shoulders relates to distance of aforesaid vertical plane to vertical plane of funnel outlet edge as 1:4-5. Rising angle of shoulders is equal to 45-60 deg. and angle of coning of shoulders is equal to 30-60 deg. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 5 dwgn
