FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: this can be used in bread baking, confectionery, meat-processing, and other branches of food industry. According to method, ballast materials are bleached out by means of washing. First washing is carried out by water which contains ions of calcium for example in the form of lime milk with concentration of 2 to 6%. Subsequent washing cycles are performed only by water.
