FIELD: alcohol production. SUBSTANCE: installation contains interconnected and installed in process sequence crusher, mixer, apparatus for heating batch by secondary steam and controlling its viscosity, contact head, tubular soft boiler, primary and secondary holders, steam separator with secondary steam pipeline, and vacuum system. Apparatus for heating batch communicates with vacuum system and is constructed in the form of vertical vessel separated along its height into two sections by partitions with central canal. The sections are interconnected by pipeline with pump to form batch circuit. Secondary steam pipeline of steam separator and secondary holder are connected, respectively, to upper and lower vessel sections.
