FIELD: food production machinery and equipment. SUBSTANCE: flour-grinding mill has roller which is installed in removable housings on base frame, and second roller which is mounted on levers rotatable relative to base frame. For more reliability of flour-grinding mill, reducing its weight, and to simplify replacement of rollers, intermediate lever of mechanism for moving rollers in and out is resting on roller turning lever. Link which connects rollers is made in the form of right-hand and left-hand eye-lugs which by means of right-hand thread and left-hand thread are connected with adjusting axle. Aforesaid link is connected with intermediate lever. Mechanism for adjusting distance between grinding rollers is made in the form of adjustable stop on intermediate lever.
