FIELD: medicine, surgery, herniology; may be used in treatment of congenital inguinal hernia and hydrocele. SUBSTANCE: in laparoscopy, peritoneum is dissected at the level of deep inguinal ring up to projection of elements of spermatic ord. Formed opening is sutured. In specific case, vaginal process is additionally dissected in longitudinal direction. EFFECT: provision of best conditions for obliteration of vaginal process. 2 cl, 3 dwgs
