SUBSTANCE: windmill has rim gears hinged to vertical tube; attached to these gears are axles of propellers carrying hinged blades provided with stops to maintain vertical position in their downwind movement; it also has shaft and axle installed in off-centered manner inside tube, mating transfer gears mounted on shaft and axle, shaft- and axle- mounted gears partially protruding through tube slits to engage rim gears.
