FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: edible iodized salt contains common salt and iodine-containing additive in the form of crystallized anhydrous potassium iodate which quality in mixture is (50-100) . 10 mas.%. Sizes of potassium iodate crystals are comparable with that of enriched salt. Method for producing edible iodized salt involves inspection and screening of common salt, its mixing with dry crystallized anhydrous potassium iodate, and then prepackaging and packing. Mixing is carried out in three stages, in proportion at each following stage 1:10, 1:10, 1:100. EFFECT: curative-prophylactic properties of proposed salt. 3 cl. |
