AQUEOUS CUTTING LIQUID CONCENTRATE FOR MECHANICAL TREATMENT OF METALS (VARIANTS)

FIELD: technological agents for mechanical treatment of metals. SUBSTANCE: aqueous cutting liquid concentrate comprises, wt.%: higher fatty acids, 10-50; triethanol amine, 15-50; hydroxy containing component which includes glycols or polyethylene glycol, 10-50; synthetic fatty acid C10-C16 fractions, 0.5-3.0; and boric acid alkanol amine reaction product, 10-50. Concentrate contains 4-40% of water and 0.1-0.4 wt.% of foam suppressor. Cutting liquids based on said concentrates make it possible to increase resistance of cutting tools and improve quality of the treated surface.
