FIELD: production of dietetic and treatment-and-prophylactic products, feed and perfume and cosmetic products. SUBSTANCE: in production of biologically active additive, wheat and/or rye germ flakes are subjected to treatment in extruder having at least two worms with length amounting to not less than 16 worm diameters. Extruder is separated into zones. Temperature in initial zone is not in excess of 45 C, the temperature in the next zone is within 190 C and in the last zone, within 150 C. Worm rotary speed is 110-160 rpm and time taken for treatment is 30-60 s. Then, granulation is effected to produce granules measuring 2-4 mm in diameter, 5-10 mm in length and featuring density above 1.1 g/cu.cm, weight fraction of water-soluble protein (in terms of absolutely dry matter), 7-11%; weight fraction of soluble hydrocarbons (in terms of absolutely dry matter), 51-62%. content of phosphorus-containing substances (in terms of stearooleocytin), 3-6. Granules may be ground to powder state. EFFECT: reduced power intensity and process duration, lowered level of microbiological seeding and moisture content of produced additive. 4 cl
