FIELD: mechanical engineering; drives of pumps and compressors. SUBSTANCE: main shaft is placed in bearing supports of crankcase rocking cradle, and is displaced relative to its turning axis and mechanically coupled with power takeoff shaft of piston machine. Cranks of main shaft have cranks with variable radius of rotation. Main shaft proper is made in form of shafts-disks with crankshafts furnished with synchronizing mechanism for turning and fixing the crankshafts relative to shafts-disks with crank holes. EFFECT: simplified design, increased mechanical efficiency, provision of change of working volume at constant compression ratio, improved convenience in servicing. 1 cl, 4 dwg
