These cavities hold the products in place with the minimum of contact.10 mm holes in the positive and negative cavity shells ensure perfect aeration of the products and their longer conservation. The products are placed in staggered layers in order to reduce their crushing forces. The plate is ribbed and grooved so as to provide good torsional resistance.
