<p>The present invention relates to a road protection device intended to be placed on at least one of the borders of a traffic lane (5), in particular of a motorway. This device comprises a lower part (2, 2A, 2B) forming a concrete base constituting a safety barrier, and a sound-insulating upper part (3, 3A, 3B) produced on the said base and integrally constituting an anti-noise wall.
