<p>When a virtual prepayment card is exhausted or beyond it's valid date the user buys from a distributor a new virtual prepayment card which is intangible requiring only a number to be memorised. This card is constrained such that it may only recharge by credit transfer an exhausted or invalid tangible virtual prepayment card. The card owner uses a server to authenticate the new intangible virtual prepayment card which is to be debited and then the old tangible virtual prepayment card which is to be credited. Following this, all or part of the credit on the first card is transferred to the second card.</p> |
