This system comprises: an individual equipment (14) associated with each person, comprising: means (18-26) for acquiring and digitising a set of data particular to the person, including at least an information on cardiac rhythm and a person identifier, and radio transmitting means (16), for transmitting on a common carrier frequency a message containing said data particular to the person, said message being transmitted in asynchronous mode during a time slot in a regularly repeated data frame, the position of the slot in the frame being determined by random or pseudo-random draw; and a remote central equipment (30), comprising: radio receiving means, for collecting the data messages transmitted by the individual equipment and reconstructing said data frame comprising a plurality of messages concerning at least some of the persons, and for constructing a result frame gathering the collected data, and means for interfacing with a computer equipment (32), for delivering thereto the successive result frames for display and/or analysis.
