The foldable bag with a flat bottom is constituted by a closed shape which has two large flaps (2,4) and two small flaps (1,3). It also has flaps (6,7,8,9) fixed to the previous flaps along a fulling line (c) and arranged to form a flat bottom able to be folded against the flaps to obtain a flattened shape. Each of the small side flaps include, in addition to a median fulling line (d) parallel to the fulling lines (a), sloping fulling lines (e, f) which leaving from the fulling line (c), converge toward the median line (d) to define on each small flap triangular bellows. These bellows, one inside the other, enable deformation of the flaps and the flattening of the shape.
