<p>A hot dip galvanized steel sheet for use as steel sheets for automobiles, an alloyed hot dip galvanized steel sheet, and a process for producing the same. The galvanized steel sheet is reduced in the defects derived from failed plating and excellent in contact plating adhesion, and is characterized by having oxides of elements, more oxidizable than iron just under the plating, the oxides being formed during hot rolling. According to the production process, the temperature of coiling at the time of hot rolling is 600 °C or above, the cooling is carried out at a low rate, and the oxides are left intact also in the subsequent steps.</p> |
