Toner replenishing system for electrophotographic printer, copier, facsimile

The electrophotographic printer/copier has the toner level in the process stage monitored. At least two toner reservoirs (20) are provided. When the toner level in the process stage drops below a set amount, toner is transferred (400) from one reservoir to restore the level. A control system selects the reservoir with the least amount of toner. The toner reservoirs are mounted on a rotating support (13A-C). The toner is agitated to prevent clogging. Empty reservoirs are moved to a position where they are replaced with fresh reservoirs.
