New flocculating agent for the treatment of wastewater which comprises mixing a flocculating agent 1 configured as calcium hydroxide between 5% and 70%, a compensating agent 2 comprising calcium sulphate in a proportion which varies between 10% and 40%, a flocculating agent 3 comprising aluminium sulphate in a proportion between 15% and 60%, a pH regulator 4 comprising alkaline sodium carbonate in a proportion between 15% and 40%, a clarifying absorbent 5 comprising dolomite or zeolite in a proportion which varies between 10% and 70%, a flocculating absorbent and precipitant 6 comprising cement in a proportion of between 0% and 40% and a polyelectrolyte coagulant 7 comprising zetag in a proportion which varies between 0% and 10%, regardless of whether it is anionic or cationic, and optionally ferritic steel powder, magnetite or iron powder may be added in a proportion which can vary between 5% and 40%, varying the proportions according to the characteristics of the water treated. <IMAGE>
