PURPOSE:To make up a highly reliable panel material by injecting adhesive agent into a space formed by inner peripheral surface of a metal mold, installed to a panel-manufacturing material with mold releasing agent applied to the inner peripheral surface of the space, and by removing the metal mold after solidification of the adhesive agent, allowing a holding member to be formed integrally therewith. CONSTITUTION:To the reverse surface of a panel-manufacturing material 12, a metal mold 15 is installed at the edge of its one side. After applying mold releasing agent 18 to the inner peripheral surface of the mold 15 forming a space 16 therein, adhesive 19 such as silicone sealant is injected into the space 16 and the adhesive is left to solidity. With the metal mold 15 removed, a panel material 11 is manufactured being composed of the panel-manufacturing martial 12 and a holding member 13, having holding arms 14, that is formed integrally therewith. |
