PURPOSE:To always hold the title hot water feed at an optimum state through the feed of sufficient combustion air required for two hot water feeders by a method wherein a difference between heat loads generated in combustion chambers is detected, and based on the detecting value, the number of revolutions of a forced ventilating fan coupled to a combustion chamber the combustion load of which is low is increased. CONSTITUTION:Exhaust gas generated due to combustion in combustion chambers 16 and 16 of hot water feed units U1 and U2, respectively, flows through exhaust gas inflow openings 36 and 37 to an exhaust gas chamber 19 mounted to the upper part of a casing 10. Thereafter, after it flows to an exhaust gas cylinder, it is discharged to the outside. When a difference between combustion loads in the combustion chambers 16 of the two hot water feeder units U1 and U2 is produced, based on a detecting value being a detected difference, the number of revolutions of a feed fan 18 for the hot water feeder unit U1 or U2 the combustion load of which is lower than that of the other unit is increased. This constitution enables reliable prevention of the flow of exhaust gas around to the other hot water feeder unit U2 or U1 from the one hot water feeder unit U1 or U2 and incurring of a pressure loss due to the flow of the exhaust gas around to the other hot water feeder unit. |
