<p>Two known processes are combined, A 1st process includes a phase charge and gives a 1st salt concentration decrease, and is cascaded with a 2nd process including a physico-chemical transformation and giving a further salt decrease. The energy yield is high and the operating cost is reduced. Pref. the 1st process is freeing, the 2nd is a membrane process and/or an ion-exchange process.</p> |
