The machine has a blower fan contained within a scroll-shaped housing (10) with connected output tube and inlet apertures in the side walls. One side wall is attached to the engine housing and the fan attached to one end of the drive crankshaft (22), the other end of which has an axial fan attached which blows cooling air over the engine cylinder head and into the blower inlet. The drive engine (11) is contained in housing (12) and has a piston (20) in a cylinder head (11') with cooling fins (29). The crankshaft has fans (30,35) fixed at each end, one (30) to drive cooling air (KL) over the cylinder head. The blower fan (35) is in a scroll-shaped housing which has air inlet openings on the outside wall (27) and the inside wall (28) which attaches to the motor housing.
