The device includes an antenna which is inserted into and retracted from a casing (3), in which the antenna is provided as an radiator (1) in form of a helix (4). The helix preferably comprises different gradient angles over the total length of the radiator. The emitter consists preferably of a wire which is wound around an electrically non-conducting carrier, and which is arranged in the interior of a shell of electrically non-conducting material.
