The presentation system has a holding element (1) as a structural component between a rear part and a front part and is provided with an electrical conducting system including a pair of busbars (27). The light mounting rod (25) with a plug contact (36) is rotationally plugged between the two busbars (27), which carries at an insulating core (37) two contact tracks (38), mutually displaced 180 deg., which lead to the lamp (43). The rod (25) is plugged through an opening in the holding element (1). The rod (25) is plugged directly between the front part (13) and the lamp (43). A row of openings for the selective plugging of the rod (25) are provided along the pair of busbars (27) in the front part.
