<p>(A) Heterocyclic derivs. of general formula (I): A = H, halogen, alkyl, alkoxy, haloalkyl or cyano; B = H or alkyl; X = methylene or a hetero atom; Y = -CH(CH3)-CH2, -CH(CH3)-CO or -CH2-CH(CH3)- R and R' are each H or a straight- or branched alkyl or form with N a max. 7-membered heterocyclic radical such as alkyleneimino, oxa-, thia-, aza-, N-alkyl-aza-, N-hydroxyalkyl-aza-, N-alkoxy-alkyl-aza-, or N-aryl-aza-alkylene-imino. (B) Acid addition salts of (I) with pharmaceutically acceptable mineral and organic acids. (I) have strong anti-depressive properties and also CNS-stimulating-, anorexigenic-, anti-histaminic-, antispasmodic-, sedative- or hypnotic activity.</p> |
