Additive concentrates comprising from at least one organic diluent selected from naphthenic oils and synthetic oils and from about 95% to about 50% by weight of an esterified carboxy-containing interpolymer are useful to prepare lubricating oils having good viscosity index and which also have exceptional low temperature characteristics.
