The programme storage method involves using a central processing unit (CPU) to respond to an input command, for entering the identification information for a programme source in a memory (MEM1,MEM2,....MEMn,MEMS). There is a read-out of the stored information when the receiver is switched on, to allow automatic tuning to the programme source transmitter. A control programme determines the time for which each programme source is selected for storage in the memory, together with the programme source information, with automatic tuning to the programme source with the longest measured time after switching on. |
