An adhesive polypropylene resin composition comprising: (a) 50 to 90 parts by weight of a modified polypropylene or a composition containing a modified polypropylene, the modified polyolefin being graft-modified with at least one monomer selected from unsaturated carboxylic acids and derivatives thereof; and (b) 10 to 50 parts by weight of a modified polyolefin other than the modified polypropylene or composition (a), modified polyolefin being grafted with at least one monomer selected from unsaturated carboxylic acids and derivatives thereof.
