This invention contains an array control method, i.e., forming, fabricating and plasticity method, and a system that controls the arrangement of planar grains, whose dimension is a micro-meter, in the conventional materials like crystal ceramics, synthetic resins, etc. The essentials of the invention are as follows. First, pouring planar grains which are mixed in fluid materials into mold (5). Then, enforcing the mold (5) to circular motion so as to arrange the planar grains in arbitrarily sculptured shape. During circular motion, the diameter of the mold (5) circular motion has a certain diameter and the revolutions per minute (RPM) of the arbitrary axis of the mold (5) circular motion is a certain RPM. A direction of the arbitrary axis of the mold circular motion is controlled according to size and thickness of forming-product, eliminating all of vibrations and motions conflicted with the mold circular motion. The equipment contains a circular shaft (2) which is installed in the middle of the body (1) and includes an eccentric part (2''). A metal (3) is attached to the eccentric part (2'') of circular shaft (2') and operate a pipe (4) (up and down motion part) that is welded with mold frame. A damper for elimination of vibration and motion is equipped between mold frame and body. |
