Stable albumin and globulins solution

Preperation of a stable protein solution containing albumin and alpha- and beta-globulins by fractionation of plasma or serum containing haemopigments. Thermolabile globulins and haemopigments are denatured by heating with added H2O2, pref. at 0.01-0.1% concentration at is not >70 degrees for 2-10 hr. After separation of the denatured materials, the solution is diluted to give a protein concentration of ca. 6%. A suitable starting material is retroplacental serum with a high haemopigment content.
