Removal method in which the floor (4) of the glass ampoule (2) is mechanically destroyed by the introduction of an extraction element (10). Liquid (8) is sucked out of a non-splintering region (11) of the ampoule via a cannula (12) forming part of the extraction element. The extraction element is made as a rigid-walled cannula whose rigidity suffices for the mechanical destruction of the floor of the ampoule. The extraction element is provided with an elastic membrane (13) in the region of its tip.
