<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recording device in which the space can be saved. SOLUTION: In a laser printer (image recording device) having an attachable and detachable image scanner 30 (image reader), a part of the facing surface F of a laser printer body (image recording device body) 1 is constituted so as to be used also the document carrying passage to the image scanner 30. Since the facing surface F of the laser printer body 1 is partially used also as the document carrying passage to the image scanner 30, it is not required to ensure the document carrying space exclusive for the image scanner 30, and the space can be saved.</p> |
