PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To weld and fix a waterproof sheet by irradiating a waterproof-sheet mounting member consisting of a nailing surface and a waterproof-sheet fixing surface and being made of a synthetic resin with infrared rays from the upper section of the waterproof sheet and heating and melting the waterproof-sheet mounting member. SOLUTION: A nonwoven fabric 11 made of polyester fibers is abutted against the surface of primary lining concrete 10, and the waterproof-sheet mounting member 1 is applied and a nail 4 is driven and the mounting member 1 is borne. The upper section of the mounting member 1 is covered with a waterproof sheet 12 made of EVA, the surface of the waterproof sheet 12 is irradiated with infrared rays R to heat the mounting member 1, and the mounting member 1 and the waterproof sheet 12 are welded. The waterproof-sheet mounting member 1 is manufactured by a method wherein carbon black as an infrared absorber is added to polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, an EVA resin, etc., the inside of a mold is filled with the mixture and polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, the EVA resin, etc., are crosslinked. When carbon black is used as the infrared absorber, infrared rays having a wavelength of 0.75-3μm is applied. |
