HEAT-DEVELOPABLE DIAZO COPYING MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the heat-developable copying material capable of preventing precoupling during storage and forming a black image high in color development and highly reliable in storage stability for a long period by using a combination of a specified naphthol derivative and a specified anilido compound as coupler components. SOLUTION: The heat-developable copying material is provided with a photosensitive layer containing a diazo compound and a coupler layer containing a thermoplastic resin and the coupler components comprising the naphthol derivative (A) represented by formula I and the anilido compound represented by formula II and in formulae I and II, R is an aromatic or alicyclic group; X1 is an H or halogen atom or an acetyl or sulfo or alkoxy group; each of X2 and X3 is an H or halogen atom or an acetyl or sulfo or alkoxy or aryloxy group; and Y is a cyano or acyl group. A combination of a blue color developing coupler comprising the compound (A) and a yellow color developing coupler comprising the compound (B) is used in a A/B proportion of 1:0.5-5 by weight.
