PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the heat exchanger efficiency, by improving the flow of chill returning from a freezing room and a vegetable room to an evaporator, in a chill forced circulation system of refrigerator. SOLUTION: A protective cover 16 provided between an evaporator 10 to produce chill and a heater 15 for defrosting is supported rotatably, and the protective cover 16 is rotated to bring the front end close to the heater 15 for defrosting and widen the chill passage 23 between the outlet of a chill reflux passages 5a and 5b and the evaporator 10 when supplying the chill produced by the evaporator 10 to a freezing room 7, a refrigerating room 8, etc., and circulating it to the evaporator 10 through the chill reflux passage made at the heat insulating partition between the freezing room 7 and a vegetable room, whereby the flow of the chill returning from the freezing room 7 and the vegetable room to the evaporator 10 improves, and the heat exchanger efficiency is improved. |
