摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove impurity gas simply and efficiently by dehumidifying introduced air while it is adjusted to prescribed humidity and temperature. SOLUTION: A hot humidity controller 1 comprises a heating and humidifying part 10, a first temperature humidity controlling part 11, a second temperature humidity controlling part 12 and a controller 20. The respective components are controlled by the controller 20. The controller 20 receives the hot humidity of gas in respective positions from a sensor and supplies control signals to the respective components. Herein, after introduced air is dehumidified, the heating and humidifying part 10 and the temperature humidity controlling parts 11 and 12 are controlled to obtain desired hot humidity. Thus, impurity gas such as SOx, Nox, etc., is dissolved in the dehumidified water and they are removed from the introduced air. Specially, when a cooling coil is used as a cooling means, the removing efficiency of the impurity gas is high. According to this control method, impurities in gas can be removed by using the temperature humidity controller without providing additional equipments.</p>
