PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal recording regenerating device useful for the enhancement of efficiency of analyzing work when the cause of a trouble in a mechanical equipment is analyzed. SOLUTION: A synchronous separating part 2 extracts a horizontal synchronous signal and an image signal from a television signal. A temperature sensor 4 outputs an electric signal proportional to a measured temperature. A S/H part (sample and hold part) 5 samples the electric signal outputted by the temperature sensor 4 synchronously with the horizontal synchronous signal. The image signal data and electric signal data corresponding to the same horizontal synchronous signal are stored in the same address of a memory part 7. On the other hand, the image signal data and electric signal data stored in the same address in the memory part 7 are simultaneously read out synchronously with the display synchronous signal outputted by a display synchronous signal generating part 8. A display control part 9 displays the image by the image signal data and the measured value by the electric signal data on the same screen synchronously with the display syncronous signal.
