PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heater for a high temperature molten material housing container with a light lid requiring no partition wall. SOLUTION: A heater for a high temperature molten material housing container comprises a lid 4 to close an opening 32 of the high temperature molten material housing container 31 and a pair of regenerative combustion burners 1 and 2 provided on the lid 4 and dries or heats the internal surface of the high temperature molten material housing container 31 by alternating combustion of the pair of regenerative combustion burners 1 and 2. In this case, the pair of regenerative combustion burners 1 and 2 herein used are regenerative combustion burners of a two-steps combustion system. |
