PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress nearby interference without losing operational reliability by forming a remote controller as a band spreading type remote controller and using frequency jumping technology for the remote controller. SOLUTION: A remote controller which is formed as a band spread type remote controller has M channel patterns in a set frequency band having N channel patterns. The frequency jumping technology is that one channel pattern out of the N channel patterns is converted into another channel pattern according to a time pattern having a time algorithm and a time interval IZS and the time interval IZS becomes larger than the communication protocol time. The M channel patterns are accorded with the number of the channel patterns of the selected band. The interval is so set as to be longer than the necessary time for information transmission, namely the time of communication protocol.
