PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of restraining the change of toner electrified amount in accordance with humidity and the change of an input image, etc., to be small and to keep output image density constant. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a photoreceptor (image carrier) 1, a latent image forming means forming an electrostatic latent image on the photoreceptor 1 in accordance with an image signal, and a developing device (developing means) 4 developing the electrostatic latent image and forming a visible image. A developer compressing member (developer pressure means) 44 varying compression pressure on a developing sleeve (developer carrier) 41 of two-component developer constituted of magnetic carrier and non-magnetic toner inside the device 4 is provided. Thus, since the member 44 varying the compression pressure on the sleeve 41 of the tow-component developer is provided, toner electrified amount can be kept constant and the output image density can be kept constant by adjusting the compression pressure on the sleeve 41 of the two-component developer in accordance with the humidity and the change of the input image, etc. |
