发明名称 METHOD OF INTERNAL SURFACE CORROSION-PROOF PAINTING ON CAST IRON PIPE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable powdery painting by a flame-coating gun regardless of the sort of resin by applying thermal radiation heating to the inner layer surface of a cast iron pipe internally lived with cement so that its surface temperature may be set to a specific value and by immediately thereafter, carrying out injection painting on the surface while fusing resinous powdery paint inside of the flame of an injection radiation gun. SOLUTION: A movable truck 3 is used, while a propane burner 4 and an injection radiation gun 5 are arranged on the tip end of a stretching out arm 3A thereof. The arm 3A is inserted in a cast iron pipe 1 with cement lining on its inside surface to be supported and turned by rollers 6, 6, so as to heat the inside surface of the pipe and also painting is carried out by using epoxy resin powdery paint of about 40μm particle diameter and about 150μm particle diameter. The surface temperature of cement lining layer during painting is set to 80 deg.C minimum, 90 deg.C maximum and 85 deg.C on the average. In this way, a paint film made by epoxy resin paint is formed on the surface of a cement mortar layer 2. As the result, it is possible to provide a corrosion-proof layer excellent in adhesive strength.
