PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a vehicle to perform elaborate control of behavior of a vehicle corresponding to detection precision of running route information. SOLUTION: A control device for a vehicle comprises a navigation system to detect running route information of a vehicle; and an automatic transmission to control behavior of a vehicle based on a control pattern set corresponding to running route information. In this case, the control device for a vehicle comprises a precision detecting means to detect precision of running route information; and a control pattern varying means (steps 51, 52) to vary a control pattern adapted for control of an automatic transmission.
