摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase productivity, to secure a load capacity for normal used area and to maintain durability by constructing the guide groove of an outer side joint member in such a manner that left and right groove depths in each section orthogonal to its groove bottom line are equal to each other and the groove depth of an area including a joint center position is largest and gradually reduced toward both ends. SOLUTION: Left and right groove depthsθ1 andθ2 of each guide groove 1a of sections A-A, B-B and C-C orthogonal to a groove bottom line in the deep side end, the joint center position and the entrance side end of the guide groove 1a are equal to each other in each section. Between the sections, the groove depthθ2 is largest in the section B-B of a center area including the joint center position and groove depthsθ1 in the sections A-A and C-C in both ends are reduced. Then, by providing relief parts 1C1 and 1C2 in an outer side area by the groove depthsθ1 andθ2, performance and durability are secured. The groove depthsθ1 andθ2 are decided by load torque or the like. Thus, an accuracy securing area is reduced and productivity is increased.
