PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To input a time according to the conception of time possessed by a person by a simple operation. SOLUTION: In a time display device for controlling the information related to time, a CPU 10 displays a time by a line showing a hand in the image of the dial of a clock in a display part 18. The CPU 10 inputs a direct position instruction using a tablet 14 to the display of the time in the display part 18, and detects the time based on the indicated position according to the input position instruction. The CPU 10 displays the detected time as the input time in the display part 18. |
