摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect multiple analytes in samples by linearly arraying a binding element respectively linked to a linking factor to which a corresponding specific component is bound in a tube, and constituting an assay device. SOLUTION: With regard to the assay device 11 of an automatic assay system 10, binding elements 14 constituted of an arbitrary standard column filling material are piled, for instance, in the inner cavity of a capillary tube, and make it a linear array 12. A doubtful specimen containing a target analyte (for instance, nucleic acid, lipid and the like) is introduced in a mixing chamber 20. Next, buffer liquid of a hybridization storing vessel 30 and the detection probe of a detection probe storing vessel 34 are guided to a mixing chamber 30 through valves 24, 26 of the system 10, and the sample is mixed by fast pulsation by a syringe pump 22. Heating is performed up to temperature facilitating coupling of the target analyte and the probe, they are pressed to the device 11, the target analyte and the composite body of the probe are fixed on the binding element 12 of a linear array 12, and the analyte is isolated.
