PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To level a water supply load and to reduce the cost of operation of a pump. SOLUTION: At the time of a shift from stopped states of FCUA, FCUB and FCUC to operated states at the same time, e.g. at the time of simultaneous starts of air sending operations in the morning in an intermediate period wherein a cooling-heating load is absent, the timings of opening of solenoid valves MVA, MVB and MVC are made to slide from each other. Thereby the opening-closing operations of the solenoid valves are repeated in the same period T in this state of the timings being made to slide from each other. When it is assumed that the opened states of the solenoid valves do not overlap each other, as shown by broken lines in Fig. (a), (b) and (c), a water supply load is leveled as shown in Fig. (e). According to this constitution, it is unnecessary to operate a plurality of pumps and it is possible to reduce the cost of operation of the pump. |
